“I have attended the Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic on many occasions over the last 16 years and have always found the staff professional, yet friendly. Reception staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your first point of contact with the clinic a positive one. During one of my early visits to the clinic I casually mentioned to Karen Dearden about a problem I had experienced after an accident seven years earlier. My GP had told me there was nothing that could be done about it. Amazingly, Karen sorted out the problem within two weeks! My physiotherapy appointments are usually with Karen, although I have also seen several other staff when Karen was not available. The physiotherapy staff always put me at ease and keep me informed so that I know what to expect during and after a treatment, which is very reassuring. I highly recommend the Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic and it will continue to be my first choice if I need physiotherapy treatment.”
